1. Contact the Project Manager for information about the availability of exhibition spaces and the costs thereof.

2. Download and read the Rules for Participation and Contract-Application.

Safety measures

Let’s make sure that the exhibition is as safe as possible, be responsible and observe health and safety measures!


If Participant’s staff member has cold symptoms, he / she stays home. Participant is responsible to replace the employee.

Observes the 2m distancing rule

Disinfects high-touch surfaces in the exhibition stand

Use of face masks or shields is now mandatory


Provides at least 3m wide aisles between the rows of exhibition stands

Provides hand sanitisers

Ensures visitor number control and flow management (3 m² of publicly accessible premises per one visitor)

Ensures entirely separate visitor entry and exit flows

Carries out cleaning and disinfection

Deploys Avoid Crowds warning signs and 2m physical distancing floor stickers

Regularly plays back audio announcements urging visitors to avoid crowds and to observe the 2m distancing rule

No more than 50% of the total number of persons that publicly accessible space and infrastructure of the exhibition centre can accommodate shall be allowed at the exhibition at the same time

Exhibition costs

Base price of exhibit space per square metre. All prices are excluding VAT 21%.

  • Non-equipped exhibit space 33–52 €/m²
  • Standard shell stand 16 €/m²
  • Participation fee 49

The price for exhibit space includes:

  • project team’s support and advice on participation issues;
  • participant badges, parking passes;
  • admission cards for your customers (number of complimentary cards depends on space rented; additional cards can be purchased at a half of the ticket base price);
  • information about your company in the e-catalogue;
  • information about your company or product in fair’s website adding the link to your company’s website, sending it to the PR manager in advance.


We provide additional services and equipment to each stand: stand structures, furniture, carpeting, electrical sockets, as well as we make and suspend different objects to ceiling and offer other services according to the price list.

Exhibitors are provided with exhibition space with or without an exhibition booth. A standard exhibition booth includes assembling and dismantling of a booth, lighting and lettering on a booth. By special order we can provide additional equipment, such as furniture, extra structural elements, communications.
